Home care
Our care advisors, care organisers, community registered nurses, occupational therapists and home care workers support our customers to continue living safely and independently at home.
Personal care
Personal care workers play a pivotal role in our residential care homes, co-ordinating personal care for residents in accordance with their care plan, individual needs and preferences. This includes supporting our clinical care team.
Nursing
Nurses provide person centred clinical care to our customers, in their homes or at our residential communities. There’s opportunities for career growth and to deepen your skills in aged care delivery, including dementia and palliative care.
Hospitality
The food services team plan and prepare meals at our residential care communities, ensuring our residents’ nutritional needs and personal preferences are met. From assistant to chef, we have opportunities for all levels of food service professionals.
Hotel services
Our hotel services team lead with care and compassion to ensure residential care communities remain in pristine condition for our residents. Our team includes cleaning and laundry services.
Allied health
With a strong focus on enhancing customer wellbeing, our team of allied health professional provide centre-based and in-home care to support the health and wellbeing of our customers. We deliver physiotherapy, podiatry, occupational therapy, speech therapy and more.
Customer service and administration
Our customer service and administration teams help to ensure our customers are welcomed by a friendly face, their enquiries receive prompt and accurate responses and assist in the day-to-day coordination and running of our sites and teams across Victoria and Tasmania.
Corporate
Our corporate teams underpin the work of our operational services. We offer a range of opportunities across finance, human resources, recruitment, learning and development, quality and risk, IT and digital systems., project management, marketing and communications and more.
Lifestyle
Lifestyle coordinators and assistants develop and deliver a rich lifestyle program, including regular activities, outings and celebrations, designed to enhance and support the individual needs of residents at our residential care communities.
Maintenance
Friendly and proactive, our maintenance team works collaboratively with all staff at our residential communities to coordinate repairs and general property upkeep to ensure our homes are always running smoothly.
